I suffered from a severe case of Rhabdo a year ago (ck 80,000). I am a healthy 46 year old female and went to exercise and had JUST begun to (one minute into) when my leg muscles began to ache and freeze up–urinated blood an hour later and was admitted to hospital. They saved my kidneys but no one can tell me WHY I had the Rhabdo. On NO meds except Lisinopril for HBP. Hd slight kidney problems before the Rhabdo (creatine 1.4). Any idea what could cause Rhabdo out of the blue like that?
